What We're Looking For
We publish articles across four main categories. Here's what resonates with our audience:
- Music - Album reviews, artist spotlights, worship trends, how music shapes faith, Christian hip-hop and gospel culture
- Games - Christian gaming communities, faith-based game reviews, how gaming and ministry intersect, esports and faith
- Culture - Film and TV reviews, book recommendations, fashion and faith, podcast highlights, cultural commentary from a Christian perspective
- Lifestyle - Devotional practices, morning routines, faith and relationships, practical Christian living, seasonal faith reflections
Submission Guidelines
Article Requirements
- Length: 1,200 - 2,500 words
- Tone: Conversational, warm, and Christ-centered. We're not a seminary journal; we're a community blog.
- Originality: All submissions must be original, unpublished work
- Format: Google Doc or Word document, with proper headings (H2, H3)
- Images: Suggest 2-3 relevant images (we use Unsplash for sourcing)
- Bio: Include a short author bio (2-3 sentences) and a headshot
- Scripture: Include relevant Bible references where natural (not forced)
What We Don't Publish
- Content that is divisive, politically partisan, or denominationally exclusive
- Promotional or sponsored content without disclosure
- Content that has been published elsewhere
- Articles shorter than 1,000 words
- Content that doesn't connect to faith in a meaningful way
The Process
- Pitch your idea - Send us a brief pitch (3-4 sentences) describing your article concept and angle
- Get approved - Our editorial team reviews pitches within 5-7 business days
- Write your article - Once approved, you'll have 2 weeks to submit your completed piece
- Editorial review - We may suggest edits for clarity, tone, or accuracy
- Publication - Your article goes live with full credit, your bio, and a link to your website or social profiles
