Zac Slater Returns With A Funky Tune ‘DAMN’
Told through an introspective lens, ‘DAMN’ is a reflection of the life lessons Zac has gathered over the years. The track is a throwback to his roots and touches on how the different relationships in his life have shaped who he is today.
On the track Zac says, “Personally, it’s a solid reflection of me, rough around the edges but I’ve got my soft spots inside. I’ll always help those who need it… and sometimes those people won't help you back.”
The lyrics to ‘DAMN’ are as fun as they are serious, laid over infectious grooves and dance-worthy beats. Gracing the catchy melody is a funky bassline and bright keys, complimenting Zac’s harmonious vocals that echo throughout the track. His effortless ability to blend the elements of different genres is ever so present in ‘DAMN’, where you can sway to his rock rhythms and bop to his energetic rhymes.
