Joel Sena gets us Grindin' in his new jazz/soul single

Hailing from Sydney, soul/funk artist Joel Sena releases a jazz meets hip hop nostalgic track dubbed ‘Grindin’ feturing Phoebe Day.

The song is about striving and yearning to live a life of meaning and purpose.

"It's about taking a risk on something you believe in. It's a song about the struggle we all face when we dare to take that chance and work towards something we're passionate about," said Joel.

"It's something that a lot of young people struggle with these days. Our generation is weary of doing menial, meaningless work - we want to contribute and make a difference," he said.

Joel is infamous for being the most sought after saxophonists in town. He has toured and recorded with many well established acts including Lionel Cole (Mariah Carey), Deana Martin (Dean Martin, Jerry Lewis) and Michael Duchesne (The Voice).

His upcoming EP recording features two of Australia’s most prominent musicians – Mike Pensini (Deni Hines, James Morrison) and Buddy Siolo (Delta Goodrem, Jess Mauboy). His highly anticipated second 4 track EP will be released November this year with a bold new sound.
