Blues Singer Isaiah B Brunt adds Melbourne show for his Debut Album ‘A Moment In Time’ Album Launch

Sydney Blues singer Isaiah B Brunt has added a Melbourne show to his debut album launch on the 13th July at The Workers Club.

Isaiah’s new Blues album comes with a Funky twist recorded entirely in GHB studios New Orleans dubbed ‘A Moment In Time.’

The album is slated for release on the 1st of July, and will take you on a journey of travelling back in time.  Brunt truly captures the essence of traditional Blues whilst also blurring the lines with a combination of Funk and up tempo groove.

Isaiah sticks true to what he knows and portrays beautiful storytelling within his music and captivates the true southern sound.

The idea was to create a unique rhythm section by working with talented artists’ such as George Porter Jnr of The Meters, Mike Lemmler from New Orleans, Ian E Smith a trumpet and trombone player, and Jeff T Watkins former MD with James Brown’s band who is an excellent saxophone player and arranger.

With so much talent in one room Brunt was able to hone in onto his special craft and create something truly magical.

Brunt teamed up with engineer David Stocker again, the same engineer he used for ‘Just The Way It Goes.’

“David and myself really teamed up well on this one eking out and sculpturing a satisfying body of work I’m very proud of. And I see it as another signature piece in the music I’ve been continually working on since I began my own projects back in 2006,” said Brunt.

‘A Moment In Time’ is Brunt’s second album following his very successful first album ‘Just the way it goes,’ which gained recognition into the cult Under Ground Blues Network in North America.
