Shani Weiss explores relationships, femininity and raw emotions in the first single of her EP “All About Life”

Folk rock singer-songwriter Shani Weiss is thrilled to announce the launch of her captivating new single, "All About Life".

This heartfelt track is the first single from her eagerly anticipated EP of the same name. Written after a profound conversation with her young son, Tom, where he innocently asked what life truly means. His playful suggestions of ‘having a bath’ and ‘jumping in puddles’ sparked the creation of the chorus that captures the simplicity and joy of everyday moments. While the verses reflect the universal challenges we face, the chorus serves as a hopeful reminder that the essence of life lies in cherishing the little things.

"This song is a celebration of hope and innocence," says Shani. "In a world where life can often feel overwhelming, I want to remind listeners, regardless of their age, gender, ethnicity, and religion to appreciate the simple pleasures, like spending time with loved ones and sharing a laugh."

The single follows Shani’s previous album, ‘Touch of Reality’, in which songs were featured on radio programmes and playlists worldwide including ‘Melbourne Musicians,’  playlist, KAN 88fm and more. She was also a Semi-Finalist of the Songwriting Prize, presented by mental health music charity Listen Up Music and she is the current winner of The Real Songwriters of Melbourne Outstanding Achievement Award.

A radio broadcaster herself, Shani presents ‘Indie Spotlight Melbourne’ on J-Air Radio (88FM) where she interviews various emerging Melbourne musicians.
