AMA Drops Stunning Visuals For New Soulful Single 'Slip'
Marking her introduction at the end of 2018 with her debut single ‘Monochrome’, 18 year old West London singer AMA impressed with the soulful track, and equally so with its accompanying stunning visuals. Now, AMA reveals the new video for her single ‘Slip'.
First played on Julie Adenuga’s Beats 1 radio show, ‘Slip’ sees AMA team up with Courage (BlackButter) once again on production, and mixed by Spike Stent (Vince Staples/Frank Ocean). Singing about self-motivation, ‘Slip’ mixes future r&b with throwback early 2000’s r&b nostalgia and AMA’s honey toned vocals.
The video shows three versions of AMA as three striking individuals, motivating each other in a gym class, and was directed by Francis Wallis, of Familia, the production house behind videos for the likes of Major Lazer, Ray BLK, Maleek Berry, Kid Ink and more. AMA’s debut EP, released this spring.
